Can I install it on the wall?

Yes, this screen comes with side brackets and pre-punched back holes for VESA mount(75x75mm), you can choose how and where to install it.

I have a RPi 4, can I connect it to this screen?

Yes, it works with RPi, the touch screen is very suitable as a RPi screen and so you can DIY it within limited space.

The touch is not accurate, what can I do?

The touch is accurate only under 3 conditions. 1) In duplicate mode, the resolution is the same as the main display. 2)In duplicate mode, only display on this touch monitor. 3)In extended mode, make this touch monitor as the main display.

The display flickers, what can I do?

The screen may flicker due to insufficient power supply, please connect to a power supply with 5V2A output(both Type-C ports can be used for power supply, but only the middle one will activate the touch function).

The touch function doesn’t work, why?

The touch function is currently inaccessible on Mac OS devices due to the non-disclosure of the Mac OS’s touch communication protocol. On other devices, you must connect the power supply cable to the middle Type-C port to activate touch function.
