What is each cable used for in the package?

1. USB C to USB A cable: supply power.

2. USB C to USB C cable: power & video signal. (Please make sure your laptop has full-featured Type C port）

3.Mini HDMI to HDMI cable: video signal. (please use USB C to USB A cable to power up the monitor)

How to connect the second monitor with my iPhone?

For iPhone15 series or android phones: You can directly connect it with usb c cable.

For iPhone14 or earlier versions: You need a lightning to HDMI adapter. (not included)

Why it doesn’t work when I connect the portable monitor with my devices? Black screen or no signal?

1. Pls use the original cables and charger we provide.

2. Pls make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a Thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display.

3. Laptops without full-featured Type-C port need connected via HDMI & USB C to USB A cable.

What should I do if my portable monitor flickers?

1. Please make sure you’re powering the portable monitor by the original wall charger and cable we provided in the package.

2. Some phones may not be able to provide enough power supply for the monitor, please supply the power.

Will any USB C to USB C cables work with this IPS portable screen?

1.The USB C to USB C cable should be the USB C 3.1/4 Version, which supports video output. Or the usb c monitor will fail to be connected.
