Two Detection Mode & Schedule Working Times

This PTZ security camera has two modes:

1. 24/7 recording;

2. Activating recordings by moving objects.

Normally, this security camera provides 24/7 uninterrupted recording. But you can set the working times through the “UBox” app.

Once the working time has been confirmed, the Wireless Security Camera will provide uninterrupted recording during the time period you choose.

At other times, it will remain dormant and will only record when it detects object movement.

Easy Installation

1) Download Ubox APP from Google Play or APP Store, then register a user account.

The SIM card in the package supports Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T. Only works with 3g/4g LTE connection. Each camera needs its own data plan if you have more than one camera. Suitable in the the United States. Not compatible for Other countries.

Q2: How much data will this XEGA 4G Security Camera use monthly?

Data usage depends on actual working conditions. Normally, 1-2GB of data will be enough for a month. Please recharge cellular data in time for your SIM Card.

Q3: How much does the sim card cost per month for this 4G cellular Security Camera?

Since it’s a 4G camera, you need to get the data plan. We provide 300M data JUST FOR TRIAL.DATA PACKAGE: About USD 29 for 6 GB (90 days), 60 for 12 GB (180 days), 100 for 24 GB (360 days) with our EiotClub SIM card. Other SIM card depends on your SIM services Operator.

Q4: Does this camera track moving objects? Or does it stay in a fixed position?

The 4G Cellular Security Camera cannot auto tracking moving objects, but it can pan tilt 355° horizontally and 95° vertically via the App Ubox.

Q5: Why did I provide Verizon with the IMEI number of the camera, but still be informed that it is not compatible?

Verizon data plan has been successfully tested by engineers as well as customers. If skeptical, please test it firstly with your existing Verizon Sim card and buy a new Verizon Sim card later.

Q6: To save energy, can I just set up motion detection recording instead of 24/7 continuous recording?
