The screen shows “no signal”, what can I do?

If you see “No Signal” screen, please check and confirm all cables are connected correctly, unplug and re-plug the HDMI cable, or try a new HDMI cable.

Why can’t I change to HDMI input from Type-C one cable connection?

This may happen shen the signal source is fixed to Type-C, please connect via one cable Type-C, go to menu and change the signal input to Auto, then connect with HDMI for signal transmission.

Why doesn’t the touch work?

When signal transmits via Type C port, you must connect your device to the middle full-featured Type-C port of the monitor; when signal transmits via HDMI, you must connect your device to the bottom Type-C port of the monitor.

Why is the touch inaccurate?

If the touch is inaccurate, adjust as below: 1) In duplicate mode, the resolution is the same as this portable monitor; 2) In duplicate mode, show only on this portable monitor; 3) In extend mode, set up this portable monitor as the main display
