My camera is offline suddenly, what can I do?

1.Please confirm whether your data plan has been run out. If yes, please top it up, then restart it manually or wait for 1 hour to restart automatically.

2.Please confirm whether your device is out of battery. If not, please charge it.

Is this prepaid SIM card? how does the data plan charge? If I don’t top up in time, will this camera go offline?
